How to send your withdrawal

You can send the completed form (or any other clear statement of withdrawal) in any of the following ways:

  • by email to [email protected] - fastest; you will receive a written acknowledgement of receipt;
  • by post to the address printed in the form above;
  • by using the dedicated online cancellation flow at valking.gg/cancel - this is the § 312k BGB statutory cancellation button. While the withdrawal right and the § 312k cancellation right are legally distinct, in practice the online form satisfies both: it transmits the same information to us and produces a date- and time-stamped confirmation in textual form. Use it if you find filling in the model form above tedious.

To meet the 14-day withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to dispatch your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. See Section 9.2 of the Terms of Service for the legal effects of withdrawal and the cases where the right may lapse early because you consented to the immediate commencement of the service.
