Use this form to cancel a Premium subscription you bought directly on valking.gg. App Store / Google Play subscriptions cannot be cancelled here, please use Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play → Subscriptions (Android) instead.

Today we only sell Valking Premium directly on the web. Mobile-store subscriptions are out of scope of this form.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your subscription stays active until then; you will not be charged again afterwards.

Grund (optional) / Reason (optional)

You don't have to give a reason. If you do, it helps us improve.

Clicking "Jetzt kündigen / Cancel now" makes your cancellation effective. You receive a confirmation email immediately afterwards with the exact end date of your subscription. The email is sent regardless of whether we find a matching account on our side, so probing this form doesn't tell anyone whether an account exists.
