Use this form to cancel a Premium subscription you bought directly on valking.gg. App Store / Google Play subscriptions cannot be cancelled here, please use Settings ā†’ Apple ID ā†’ Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play ā†’ Subscriptions (Android) instead.

Today we only sell Valking Premium directly on the web. Mobile-store subscriptions are out of scope of this form.

Use the email address the Valking account was registered with, the cancellation confirmation will be sent here.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your subscription stays active until then; you will not be charged again afterwards.

You don't have to give a reason. If you do, it helps us improve.

Clicking "Jetzt kĆ¼ndigen / Cancel now" makes your cancellation effective. You receive a confirmation email immediately afterwards with the exact end date of your subscription. The email is sent regardless of whether we find a matching account on our side, so probing this form doesn't tell anyone whether an account exists.
